These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between MOZKAN (“we”, “us”) and you for the use of the PDF Eye app (the “App”). By using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple standard EULA), which applies in addition to these Terms.
Using the App
The App offers free features and paid features called “PRO”. The free version keeps up to 2 documents and adds a small watermark to shared PDFs. PRO unlocks unlimited documents, saving edits to recognized text, signing and highlighting, and sharing PDFs without the watermark. We may change the features of the free version and of PRO in future versions.
PDF Eye PRO
PRO is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, the subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Purchases, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
Your content
Your documents stay on your device and belong to you. We don’t have access to them and can’t restore them. You are responsible for keeping backups of important documents (for example by sharing the PDFs to the Files app or another backup).
Text recognition
Text recognition is automatic and may contain mistakes. Check important documents before you rely on the recognized text.
Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from the use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the App means you accept them.
